My name is Katrina and I can’t wait to meet you!! The first step towards the start of your hair journey with me begins by completing the New Client form below. Once received, I will then contact you within 72 hours and determine the best time for us to meet and perform your services. A thorough consultation prior to the appointment will be completed to create a comprehensive game plan to achieve your beauty goals. We will discuss not only your immediate wants and needs, but future goals as well.

After the initial consultation and services have been completed, I will then discuss appropriate aftercare and maintenance. A variety of amenities are also provided to make your time at The Wander Parlour as comfortable as possible. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask!

The day of your appointment

Upon arriving to the SalonZ building, you will enter the front doors into a spacious, bright lobby. The Wander Parlour is located in suite 103 immediately to the right upon entry. Cozy up in one of the chairs by the fireplace while you wait for me to greet you. Once greeted, you will be welcomed into our mini oasis and will be offered a complimentary beverage that includes coffee, tea, water, and a rotation of other drinks. Pure essential oils are diffused to enhance relaxation and overall well being, and healthy snacks are also provided for longer appointments. Complimentary WiFi and a charging station are available for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to The Wander Parlour and is specially reserved with your needs in mind. A credit card is required to reserve all new appointments. I ask for a 48-hour notice if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment. Sufficient cancellation time is needed to ensure ample time to rebook the appointment for other clients. I also understand that life happens and things don’t always go as planned. Certain circumstances that are deemed to be an emergency will be dealt with accordingly and to the best of my ability. If less than 24 hours notice is given, 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged to the client. “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

As a courtesy, I provide a text reminder 72 and 24 hours in advance to your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointments so you can avoid tardiness. I provide a 10 minute window from the start of your appointment time in the case that you are stuck in traffic, running behind, etc. If you happen to be tardy more than 10 minutes, you may have to forego certain parts of your service or the entire service all together. Tardiness not only affects your appointment but appointments after yours.
